IGP Seminar and Helper/Tracklayer Training and Licensing

Thanks to Toine Jonkers (SV/VDH/Netherlands) and the GSA Ireland assessment panel for overseeing the Helper & Helper Training and Licensing Event 2018/2019.
Toine also presented an excellent and comprehensive seminar on the new IGP rules for 2019!

Congratulations to all the A & B grade Helpers who were licensed.
Big thanks to those members who allowed their dogs to be used for training and licensing, to clubs who turned up to show their support and to OG Waterside for hosting another super event and the Airport View Hotel for hosting the seminar.
